August 2016 I found myself tagging along with a couple of friends to Tracy Arm for a simple all day tour. Turned out to be the best Alaskan adventures I had ever undertaken. I was not ready for the overwhelming beauty and Great Gandour of this fjord. Here are the pictures of this pristine place the makes your spirit come alive. Of course, pictures can never do it justice. I highly recommend a visit here if you find yourself in Juneau looking for something to do.

Coming back from marking Monument Valley off of my Bucket List I stop in the Town of Sedona, Boy has it changed since I was a kid. t was only a junction when I was growing up. Now it has grown into a sprawling city.

Monument Valley I grew up in Arizona and never had a chance to visit Monument Valley so it was no surprise that it ended up on my Bucket List in 2015. I finally was able to mark it off of my list. This is the results.

My favorite way to travel is by train. I absolutely love it and now since I have retired I have all the time in the world. The best way is to get a room. The first class way to travel by rail. Nothing like sitting and watching the world pass by with my camera close in hand ready to snap a shot. The majority of these photos were taken from my seat.

Another favorite of mine is Panorama shooting where two are more pictures are stitched to together to give you a much more wider field of view. I am especially fond of the type called "Tiny Earths". Those takes anywhere from 35 + photos that are then stitched together to form the Tiny Earths. There are a few of them in this album.

High Dynamic Range Photography, also know as HDR, is a process of taking no less than three photos, one over, one under and one at normal exposure. These photos are then blended together and give you the ability to see in the shadows so to speak. These photos run the gamut from looking like a regular photo to downright blowouts. I shoot in HDR often.

I also enjoy filming with my DJI drone. Here are some of the video work I have put together
